John Zarrella has been designing scientific, process control and business applications for more than 15 years. His expertise includes:
- Python-PostgreSQL integration
- Creating applications combining PostgreSQL with Excel and QuickBooks
- Inventory management, human interface, and business process design
- Data acquisition and control for industrial systems
In addition to his PostgreSQL work, John also:
- Designs embedded system hardware and software
- Implements FPGA and DSP algorithms
- Designs Wireless and ultra-low-power wireless sensor networks
John's experience includes a stint managing the OEM Systems & Peripherals group at Intel, over 10 years designing database applications in C and Python, and writing books and application notes describing software and hardware design.
